Mac Eash, USA Sales Manager for the Automotive Aftermarket division of global automotive and industrial supplier Schaeffler, was announced as the winner of the Import Vehicle Community’s 2021 “Young Executive of the Year” Award at the 2021 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) in Las Vegas.

Presented annually by the Auto Care Association’s Import Vehicle Community (IVC), the Young Executive of the Year Award recognizes the leadership and integrity of outstanding executives and team leaders under the age of 40 in the import automotive industry for their dedication, enthusiasm and accomplishments. Eash received the award during the IVC’s Luncheon and Awards Program at AAPEX 2021.

“Mac’s promise and talent were evident when he first started with Schaeffler as an intern, and we could not be prouder of his professional growth and accomplishments over the ensuing years,” said Eric Steinbecher, Automotive Aftermarket President - Schaeffler Americas. “Nurturing our young talent is an integral part of Schaeffler’s corporate DNA, and Mac has rewarded our confidence in him by playing a key role in helping to grow the sales of Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket’s industry-leading products and services in the U.S.,” said Steinbecher.

Since joining Schaeffler in 2012 as a product management intern, Eash has held positions of increasing responsibility within Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket’s inside sales and analysis, pricing management and sales teams. In his current role, Eash manages the Automotive Aftermarket division’s external sales team for the U.S. as well as the inside sales and analysis group supporting both the U.S. and Canada.

An active member of the Young Auto Care Network (YANG), Eash will be attending the University of the Aftermarket’s highly acclaimed Leadership 2.0 Program that is designed to promote the development of the next generation of visionary auto care executives. Along with a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from Case Western Reserve University, Eash holds a master’s degree in business management from Ohio University.
