Overview
Our Group Engineer Program is designed for engineers looking to transition into a full-time position at Schaeffler. The two-year program is comprised of four six-month production-based rotations, which can be located at any of our facilities throughout North America.
Group Engineers undergo classroom as well as on-site training to learn about the products, systems and tools utilized at Schaeffler.
This training covers production management, quality, supply chain and leadership, to name a few areas. Our Group Engineers work with a seasoned professional engineering leader to develop best practices and evolve into a leader within Schaeffler. Specific goals, projects and responsibilities are identified at the beginning of each rotation, with a formal presentation given to management at the end.
