For more than 30 years, INA has been involved in the development of engine systems. As early as the 1970s, we recognised the trend towards optimisation of fuel consumption and exhaust emissions in the automotive sector and persevered in the continuing development of hydraulic valve train components, which are now produced in large volumes.
INA development has also contributed to turning a vision into a reality: three litres of fuel lasting 100 km. And now our engineers and technicians sit together with automotive manufacturers and develop new engines – that will undoubtedly require even less fuel.
