System administration: After a company has registered on ENDORSIA and the access has been carried out, the company administrator receives an ADMIN-ID and a password to access the administration section of the system. (A4, 9 pages )
Login and navigation: Log on to the system and navigation in the system. (A4, 4 pages)
Product Search: Product search, search results, product information, quick order, shopping list, non-catalog-request. (A4, 8 pages)
Shopping Cart: All the product which shall be ordered are gathered in the shopping cart. This is the initial point of the ordering process which is activated here. Prior to that all data may be checked and changes can be updated if necessary. (A4, 3 pages)
Order History: In the Order History section you can list your purchase orders according to various criteria and you can access detailed information on the status of the order processing. Additionally the purchase orders can be downloaded to the company network or your own PC. (A4, 2 pages)
Order Download: Orders can be listet according to various criteria and detailed information on the processing of the order can be seen in the Order History section. (A4, 3 pages)
List Import: With the import functionality product lists within the Quick Order can be imported into the system. (A4, 2 pages)
Account: Your personal data is administered here. The data is preset by the system administrator. Changes of your personal data, e.g. the password can be conducted by yourself. (A4, 2 page)
