Throttle valve bearings

The throttle valve ensures the correct airflow rate in all load areas, controls idling and cold-start characteristics, as well as safety systems such as ABS, ASR, and ESP. INA throttle valve bearings ensure that the throttle valve works accurately and at low-friction, thereby enabling air quantities to be measured precisely.

INA throttle valve bearings are drawn cup needle roller bearings with open ends that are, in particular radially, compact, lubricated, sealed on both sides, and air-tight. Their technical properties mean that they are much superior to ball bearings and spherical plain bearings, and, as a result, also particularly cost-effective. They also play a significant role in reducing CO2 emissions and ensuring that the engine's power efficiency does not decrease over the course of its service life.

Special features:

  • Air-tight in the event of high or low air pressure
  • Optimized seals made from fluoro elastomer FPM
  • Low-friction
  • Lubricated with special grease for entire service life
