Customer-specific components and system solutions together with products from the INA, FAG, Barden, and IDAM brands are our strength. By working with the customer early on in the development process, we can make use of an entire range of state of the art CAE tools, some of which have been developed in-house.

Calculation and Bearing Selection

With Bearinx®, we have created one of the leading programs for bearing calculation. The software enables a detailed analysis of our rolling bearing supports to be carried out – from single components right up to complex shaft systems. The internal load is calculated down to the level of single rolling element contact and can be displayed in a table or as a graphic. Bearinx® then determines the calculated operating life of the bearing support from the load of the single contact points.


We use state-of-the-art methods such as dynamic simulation and FEM analysis during the design and modeling phase.


The new product is tested only after the calculations have been optimized. If requested, customer samples are tested in all situations and for all functions in one of our R&D Centers – from wear behavior to noise. Volume production begins after the series of strict tests under simulated field conditions has been completed.
