Axial-Spherical plain bearings
Maintenance-free with ELGOGLIDE® and requiring maintenance in steel/steel design. Available with bore diameters of 10 mm to 360 mm.
- Are complete units comprising shaft or housing locating washers
- Are preferably used to support axial loads
- Allow swiveling and tilting motion
- Allow the balancing of misalignments
Axial and radial spherical plain bearings can be combined to generate systems that can support very high axial and radial loads. These bearing combinations have a spatial adjustment facility.
